OPERATING FAULTS
The following advice will enable you to carry out quick, temporary repairs. For safety reasons you should always contact an approved dealer as soon as possible.

Use of appliances operating on the same frequency as the remote control (mobile phone, etc.). | Stop using the devices or use the key provided LOCKING, UNLOCKING THE DOORS. | |
Vehicle located in a high electromagnetic radiation zone. Secondary 12 volt battery discharged. | Use the key that is built into the card LOCKING, UNLOCKING THE DOORS. | |
Desynchronisation of the card. | Unlock the driver’s door by inserting the key integrated in the card into the door lock LOCKING, UNLOCKING THE DOORS then place the card in the placement area STARTING, STOPPING THE ENGINE and press the “START” button to synchronise the card. | |
The message “Place the card near the START button” appears on the instrument panel. | The card battery is flat or the card is out of synch. | Check the card battery status or place the card in the placement area STARTING, STOPPING THE ENGINE provided for this purpose. |

The air conditioning compressor and the ventilation fan switch on for more than 30 minutes when the ignition is switched off. | Consult an approved dealer. | |
The programmable air conditioning fails to work. | One of the usage conditions is not complied with (the traction battery is not charged, etc). | |
The passenger compartment air conditioning and the heating functions are switched off with no action by the user, even if the battery is sufficiently charged. | This is not necessarily a fault, the system switches off by default to preserve battery autonomy or optimise recharging. | To enter the extended life on board mode, press the Start button without pressing the brake pedal. The air conditioning nevertheless stops after a few minutes. You can always reactivate the system by pressing the air conditioning controls MANUAL AIR CONDITIONING AUTOMATIC CLIMATE CONTROL. |
